2017 NFL Mock Draft - Chicago Bears Mock Draft

- Updated: Monday, April 24th

On this page, you will find all of our picks for the Chicago Bears in the 2017 NFL Mock Draft from Kevin Hanson.

Here are the picks in our 2017 NFL Mock Draft for the Bears:

1.033Jamal Adams, S, LSU
Signing Mike Glennon to a three-year deal in free agency all but eliminates the possibility that the Bears use this pick on a quarterback. If things don't work out with Glennon, however, it would only be a $4.5 million cap hit for the Bears to move on after the 2017 season.

After adding a few defensive backs -- Quintin Demps, Prince Amukamara and Marcus Cooper -- in free agency and re-signing Johnthan Banks, the Bears should still be in the market for more secondary help and Adams, Hooker and Lattimore should all be in play here. With a first-round pedigree (father George was a first-round pick in 1984), Adams has the versatility to play either safety spot and is a defensive tone-setter.

2.0436Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Colorado
Two of the cornerbacks that the Bears (re-)signed in free agency (Amukamara and Banks) will be free agents after the 2017 season. Meanwhile, Chicago Tribune's Brad Biggs wrote earlier this month, "My hunch is that [2014 first-rounder Kyle] Fuller is not on the Bears’ roster when the season begins." The addition of Awuzie (and Adams earlier) could make that even more likely.

3.0367Adam Shaheen, TE, Ashland
4.04111Brad Kaaya, QB, Miami (FL)
4.10117Malachi Dupree, WR, LSU
5.03147Carroll Phillips, OLB, Illinois
7.03221Trent Taylor, WR, Louisiana Tech
